My Approach

As a Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant and a Registered Social Worker I practice from an evidenced-based lens while ensuring my approach is family-focused and client-centred. I have over 8 years of experience working in the mental health sector, specifically with families and children with varying diagnoses such as ADHD, autism, and anxiety. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where your parenting preferences and child’s needs are honoured. We will work together as a team to ensure that your child is gaining the skills to sleep independently.

The Process

    Book in a 15-minute complimentary discovery call. The purpose of this call is for me to provide more information on what I do and to see if working with me is the best fit for you and your family.

    Choose the package that is best for you. I will recommend a package based on the age and needs of your child.

  • "I’m so happy I stumbled upon Meghan/Sleep Tight Therapy! I had previously used two other sleep consultants and had horrible experiences, and was very reluctant to try again but I was desperate! Best decision ever 🙌🏽. From the first consult call, I instantly felt comfortable with Meghan and I can’t stress enough how important it is to feel like you can be open with your consultant. She was very calming, encouraging and open with the program. Once we got started, she didn’t hesitate to answer any questions or provide reassurance. She knows not every baby and parent are the same and applied that to our training program! I also appreciated the two week follow up support so much. It was incredible to be able to ask for her guidance and she responded so quickly. Most other consultants don’t offer the amazing follow ups, which is so crucial to training. I never felt lost or confused and it made me feel confident in myself. Sleep training is not easy, but with the right help, it can be :) We managed to get baby sleeping through the night so fast and I went from nursing her back to sleep 6-7 times a night to not having to go in at all and she slept 10-12 hours overnight! Aside from the actual program, Meghan was just extremely kind, friendly and a cheerful person! I felt like I was just updating and chatting with a friend.   • "I was so against sleep training and my husband was as well, we didn’t like the fact that baby had to cry themselves to sleep. But after working with sleep tight therapy, we learned that there are very gentle approaches to sleep training and that some crying is normal and is only out of frustration. We definitely couldn’t have done this without Meghan (sleep tight therapy)! It’s honestly changed everything. We are all so much more happier and are getting full night sleeps now, minus the 1 maybe 2 short times at night sometimes where she wakes up to nurse so mom doesn’t explode. She used to wake up every 45 minutes-an hour every single night. It used to take us over an hour to get her to sleep at night and that was with bouncing on our exercise ball. This was going on since she was 3.5 months old and she’s now 9 months old. She was the queen of contact naps and we were also co-sleeping. In just 2 nights we went from taking 2 hours for our 3 and a half year old to fall asleep with mom or dad being in bed with him to being able to say good night and leave the room while our son falls asleep independently. He also stays in his own bed all night now. Meghan made us a customized sleep plan that was specific to our wants/needs and our son loves it.
